3 of the 4 favs in Monterrey won, ALG being the loser.
Szavay seems to have got over her serving woes and injury from last week. Took a red in that match when they had a huge and longwinded argument over a dodgy line call at 4*-5 30-40, with the ump appearing to overrule only after ALG had a moan. Agnes quite rightly got the tournament ref involved. But had no idea how either girl would react after that so decided I'd take the red.
Also messed up the Cib - Errani match badly. Was nicely green at one stage but thought Errani would come back in the 2nd set from 2-5 down as Cib faltered. In fact Errani had bp for 5-5 but didn't convert. All my green was on her but she faded away badly in the 3rd and I couldn't rescue much.
Had a small loss on the WI vs Zim ODI earlier, so a red day.
